Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud Pub\Sub and Toggl Track integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Pub\Sub and Toggl Track (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Pub\Sub and Toggl Track
Google Cloud Pub/Sub + Toggl Track + Google Sheets: When a new message arrives in Google Cloud Pub/Sub, a Toggl Track time entry is started. Once the message processing is complete, Toggl Track stops the time entry and the duration is recorded in Google Sheets for cost allocation reporting.
Toggl Track + Google Cloud Pub/Sub + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Toggl Track related to a specific Google Cloud Pub/Sub project, the flow checks if the tracked time exceeds a defined threshold. If it does, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the team.
