Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud Speech-To-Text and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Speech-To-Text and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Speech-To-Text and Clockify
Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + Clockify + Google Sheets: Transcribe meeting audio from Google Cloud Storage, then create a Clockify time entry for the duration of the meeting. Log meeting details, including the transcript and time entry details, in a Google Sheet for project time allocation analysis.
Clockify + Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + Slack: Track billable hours on client calls. When a Clockify timer is stopped, the audio from the call is transcribed using Google Cloud Speech-To-Text. If the transcription indicates a potential budget exceedance based on keywords (e.g., 'out of scope', 'budget limit'), a Slack message is sent to a designated channel.
