Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + Magento + Slack: When a new order is placed in Magento, Google Cloud Speech-To-Text transcribes a call recording (presumably linked to the order). The transcription is then used to create a sales order comment in Magento, and a summary of the transcription is sent to a Slack channel for team awareness.
Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + Google Sheets + Magento: Audio product reviews are transcribed using Google Cloud Speech-To-Text. The transcriptions are then added as rows to a Google Sheet. Finally, sentiment analysis (using other tools outside of Latenode if needed) results are manually added to a 'Sentiment' column on Google Sheets and then the sentiment is added as a comment to the associated product in Magento.
