Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud Speech-To-Text and Smartsheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Speech-To-Text and Smartsheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Speech-To-Text and Smartsheet
Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + Smartsheet + Slack: When a new file is added to Slack, it transcribes the audio using Google Cloud Speech-To-Text. The transcription is then added as a new row in a Smartsheet. Finally, a summary of the transcription is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Smartsheet + Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + Gmail: When a new event occurs in Smartsheet, it retrieves relevant data. If the data contains a link to audio file, it transcribes the audio using Google Cloud Speech-To-Text. A summary of the transcription is then emailed to the sales team via Gmail.
