Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud Storage and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Storage and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Cloud Storage + Clockify + Slack: When a new file is uploaded to a specific bucket in Google Cloud Storage, a time entry is created in Clockify to track the time spent on the project. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel informing the team about the new file and the tracked time.
Clockify + Google Cloud Storage + Google Sheets: This automation summarizes time entries from Clockify and saves them to a Google Sheet. Then, it stores the Google Sheet on Google Cloud Storage for backup purposes.
