Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Storage and LearnDash (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Storage and LearnDash

Google Cloud Storage + LearnDash + Slack: When a new file is uploaded to a specific folder in Google Cloud Storage, representing new training material, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying students about the new material. LearnDash is not directly involved, but assumed the course structure exists.

LearnDash + Google Sheets + Google Cloud Storage: When a user completes a course in LearnDash, the course completion data (user ID, course name, completion date) is recorded in a Google Sheet. Course assets are stored separately in Google Cloud Storage but not directly managed by this automation.
