Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud Storage and Productboard integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Storage and Productboard (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Storage and Productboard

Google Cloud Storage + Productboard + Slack: When a new file is uploaded to a specified bucket in Google Cloud Storage, the file's metadata is retrieved. Then, a note is created in Productboard linking to the file. Finally, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying stakeholders of the new file and its associated Productboard note.

Productboard + Google Cloud Storage + Google Sheets: When a new feature request is created in Productboard, the automation searches Google Cloud Storage for associated design assets. The feature request details and links to the relevant assets are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet, enabling easy tracking and review.
