How to connect Google Cloud Storage and Realgeeks
Create a New Scenario to Connect Google Cloud Storage and Realgeeks
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google Cloud Storage, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google Cloud Storage or Realgeeks will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google Cloud Storage or Realgeeks, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Google Cloud Storage Node
Select the Google Cloud Storage node from the app selection panel on the right.

Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud Storage and Realgeeks integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Storage and Realgeeks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Storage and Realgeeks
Google Cloud Storage + Realgeeks + Slack: When a new file (property image) is uploaded to a specific bucket in Google Cloud Storage, the automation retrieves lead information from Realgeeks based on the image metadata (e.g., listing ID). A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team about the new image for that Realgeeks listing.
Realgeeks + Google Cloud Storage + Google Sheets: When a lead is updated in Realgeeks, the automation retrieves metadata of images associated with the lead's property from Google Cloud Storage. The Realgeeks lead details and Google Cloud Storage image information are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting and tracking purposes.
