Google Contacts + Google Sheets + Microsoft Excel: Whenever a new contact is created in Google Contacts, the contact details are added as a new row to a Google Sheet. Then, that new row in the Google Sheet triggers the addition of a corresponding row in a Microsoft Excel worksheet for data backup and analysis purposes.
Microsoft Excel + Google Contacts + Gmail: When a new row is added to a Microsoft Excel worksheet, the data from that row is used to create a new contact in Google Contacts. Then, a personalized email is sent via Gmail to that newly created contact based on the data from Excel.
