Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google Dialogflow ES, AITable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Dialogflow ES and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Dialogflow ES and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Dialogflow ES and AITable

Google Dialogflow ES + AITable + Slack: When Dialogflow ES detects an intent (a customer question), the question and the determined intent are logged into AITable. A notification with the question and intent is then sent to a designated Slack channel for support review.

AITable + Google Dialogflow ES + Twilio: When the stock level of a product falls below a certain threshold in AITable, the workflow uses Dialogflow ES to formulate a personalized SMS reminder. This reminder is then sent to the customer via Twilio to prompt them to reorder.
