Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google docs and Omnisend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google docs and Omnisend
Omnisend + Google Docs + Google Sheets: When a custom event is triggered in Omnisend (e.g., email campaign sent), extract relevant campaign details or content IDs, retrieve the document content from Google Docs using the ID, and save campaign performance data along with document content details in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
Omnisend + Google Docs + Airtable: Upon triggering a custom event in Omnisend (e.g., customer feedback submission), this automation retrieves the relevant Google Doc content and saves customer feedback data along with the Google Doc ID into Airtable for organized tracking and further analysis.
