After configuring Google docs, OpenPhone, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google docs and OpenPhone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google docs and OpenPhone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
OpenPhone + Google Docs + Slack: When a call summary is generated in OpenPhone, the summary is appended to a specified Google Doc. Then, a message containing the summary is sent to a Slack channel.
OpenPhone + Google Sheets + Google Docs: When a new call event occurs in OpenPhone, a new row is added to a Google Sheet to log the call. After logging, a Google Docs report is automatically drafted using the data from the Google Sheet.
