Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google docs and Shippo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google docs and Shippo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google docs and Shippo

Google Docs + Shippo + Google Sheets: When a new document is created in Google Docs (perhaps a shipping label template), and a new shipping label is created in Shippo, the shipping cost is extracted from the Shippo label and appended to a Google Sheet for cost tracking.

Shippo + Google Docs + Gmail: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, the customer's information is extracted. This information is then used to fill a template in Google Docs and an email with tracking updates is sent to the customer via Gmail.
