Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google docs, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google docs or Teachable will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google docs or Teachable, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Google docs, Teachable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google docs and Teachable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google docs and Teachable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Docs + Slack + Teachable: When a new document is created in a specific Google Docs folder, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel. This allows the team to review new course document drafts before they are finalized in Teachable.
Teachable + Google Docs + Gmail: When a student completes a Teachable course, their information is used to populate a personalized certificate stored as a Google Docs template. The generated certificate is then sent to the student via Gmail.
