Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Google Drive and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Drive and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and Chatwork
Chatwork + Google Docs + Google Drive: This automation monitors new messages in a specified Chatwork room. When a new message is detected, the flow retrieves the last 10 messages, compiles them into a Google Docs document, and saves it to a designated folder in Google Drive.
Chatwork + Google Drive + Google Sheets: This workflow monitors a specific Chatwork room for new messages. When a message is received, it checks if the message contains a Google Drive link. If a link is present, the file name and link are added to a new row in Google Sheets for tracking purposes.
