Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google Drive, Moxie, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Drive and Moxie integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Drive and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and Moxie

Google Drive + Moxie + Slack: When a new file is added to a specified Google Drive folder related to a project, the file is automatically shared within the corresponding Moxie project. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new file.

Moxie + Google Drive + Zoom: When a new project is created in Moxie, a corresponding folder is automatically created in Google Drive to store project assets. A Zoom meeting is then scheduled to serve as a project kickoff call.
