Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Google Drive, Soax, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Drive and Soax integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Drive and Soax (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and Soax
Google Drive + Soax + Slack: Monitors a Google Drive folder for new files. When a new file is detected, it uses Soax to ensure secure IP masking and then sends a notification to a specified Slack channel.
Soax + Google Drive + Airtable: Uses Soax to browse web content and capture screenshots. The screenshots are then saved to a designated Google Drive folder, with details about the browsing session and file saved to an Airtable base.
