Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google Drive, tl;dv, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Drive and tl;dv integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Drive and tl;dv (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and tl;dv

Google Drive + tl;dv + Slack: When a new tl;dv meeting recording file is added to a specific Google Drive folder, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, notifying the team about the new recording and providing a link to it.

tl;dv + Google Drive + Notion: When a new tl;dv meeting is recorded, the meeting summary and the link to the recording in Google Drive are used to create a new page in Notion for documentation and future reference.
