Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google Drive, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Drive and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Drive and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and Userback

Google Drive + Userback + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, the automation checks if the feedback text mentions a specific Google Drive file. If a file is mentioned, a notification with the feedback details and file link is sent to a dedicated Slack channel.

Userback + Google Drive + Jira: When new feedback is created in Userback, the automation searches for Google Drive files mentioned in the feedback. If any files are found, the automation creates a new Jira ticket and attaches the links to the relevant Google Drive files in the ticket description.
