Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Google Drive and Volunteero integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Drive and Volunteero (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Drive + Volunteero + Slack: When a new volunteer application is submitted through Volunteero, the application file is uploaded to Google Drive. A notification is then sent to the Volunteero manager in Slack to review the application.
Volunteero + Google Sheets + Google Drive: When a report is created in Volunteero about volunteer hours, the data is exported to a new row in Google Sheets. Then, the Google Sheet is saved as a file in Google Drive for recordkeeping.
