Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Forms and Google Sheets (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Forms and Google Sheets

Google Forms + Google Sheets + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Google Forms, the response is added as a new row in Google Sheets. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying of the new submission.

Google Forms + Google Docs + Google Sheets: When a new Google Form is submitted, a Google Doc is created from a template and populated with the form data. A link to the created document is then added to a Google Sheet.
