Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Forms and Shopify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Forms and Shopify
Google Forms + Shopify + Slack: When a new form response is submitted in Google Forms, the data is extracted. This data is used to find a customer in Shopify. If the customer is found, their order details are updated. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the feedback received and the updated order.
Shopify + Google Forms + Google Sheets: When a new order is placed and paid in Shopify, a feedback form is sent to the customer via a method outside of Latenode (e.g., using Shopify's built-in notification system, which contains a link to a Google Form). When the customer submits the feedback form, the new response data is added as a new row in Google Sheets for analysis.
