Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Groups and Cleverreach integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Groups and Cleverreach (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Groups and Cleverreach

Google Groups + Google Sheets + Cleverreach: When a new member is added to a Google Group, their information is added to a Google Sheet. This new subscriber data is then used to add the subscriber to a specific list in Cleverreach, enabling targeted email campaigns.

Cleverreach + Google Groups + Google Calendar: When a new subscriber joins a Cleverreach list, their email is extracted and added as a member to a Google Group. An event is then created in Google Calendar to schedule a nurturing activity, like a follow-up call or a personalized email send, at a later date.
