Google Groups + pdfFiller + Google Drive: When a new message is posted in a Google Group, it triggers the creation of a PDF document via pdfFiller. This document, containing the message content, is then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive for archiving and record-keeping purposes.
pdfFiller + Google Groups + Slack: When a new document is created in pdfFiller, the flow retrieves a list of members from a specified Google Group. It then sends a notification via Slack to a dedicated channel, informing the group members about the new document. This ensures relevant parties are promptly updated about document creation.
