Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Google Groups, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Groups and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Groups and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Groups and Webflow
Google Groups + Webflow + Slack: When a new message is posted to a Google Group, a new blog post is created in Webflow. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform members of the new post.
Webflow + Google Groups + Mailchimp: When a new item is added to a Webflow collection (representing a new blog post), a message is posted to a specified Google Group. Mailchimp then sends a summary email to a list containing the new blog post details.
