Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Meet and Demio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Meet and Demio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Meet and Demio

Demio + Google Calendar + Google Meet: When a Demio webinar is updated, a corresponding event is created or updated in Google Calendar. A Google Meet link is then scheduled and added to the Google Calendar event details.

Demio + Google Meet + Slack: When a Demio webinar ends, a Slack notification is sent to a specified channel. This notification includes a link to a pre-scheduled Google Meet for a post-webinar Q&A session.
