Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Meet and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Meet and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Meet and LiveChat
LiveChat + Google Meet + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the flow summarizes the chat and schedules a follow-up Google Meet meeting. A summary of the meeting and a link to the recording are then sent to a dedicated Slack channel.
LiveChat + Google Meet + HubSpot: When a new chat is started in LiveChat, the flow schedules a Google Meet call with the lead. The lead's information and meeting details are then updated in their HubSpot profile using the 'Create Call Engagement' action.
