Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Meet and Microsoft Outlook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Meet and Microsoft Outlook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Meet and Microsoft Outlook

Google Meet + Microsoft Outlook + Slack: When a Google Meet recording is available, the automation flow retrieves the recording and attaches it to an Outlook email. The email, containing the recording, is then sent to the meeting attendees. Finally, a Slack message is posted to a designated channel to notify members about the availability of the recording.

Microsoft Outlook + Google Calendar + Google Meet: When a new meeting is scheduled in Outlook, the automation creates a corresponding event in Google Calendar and generates a Google Meet link. The Google Meet link is then added to the Google Calendar event, ensuring the meeting has a virtual meeting space.
