Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Meet and QuestionPro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Meet and QuestionPro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Meet + QuestionPro + Slack: When a Google Meet meeting is scheduled, a survey link from QuestionPro is sent to a Slack channel for participants to provide immediate feedback. Results are not automatically posted due to the lack of direct result retrieval. A link to the survey can be shared instead.
QuestionPro + Google Meet + Google Sheets: When a new survey is created in QuestionPro, store the survey details in a Google Sheet. Schedule a Google Meet meeting and log the meeting details in the same Google Sheet.
