Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Meet and Sendinblue integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Meet and Sendinblue (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Meet and Sendinblue

Google Meet + Google Sheets + Sendinblue: When a Google Meet meeting ends, the list of attendees is added to a Google Sheet. The automation then identifies absentees (compared to a master list) and adds them to a follow-up email list in Sendinblue.

Sendinblue + Calendly + Google Meet: When a new contact is added or updated in Sendinblue, a Calendly scheduling link is generated and sent to the contact. If the contact schedules a meeting via Calendly, a Google Meet link is automatically created for the scheduled event.
