Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Meet and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Meet and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Meet and TimeCamp

Google Meet + Google Calendar + TimeCamp: When a Google Meet meeting is scheduled, create an event in Google Calendar. Then, when the Google Calendar event starts, create a TimeCamp time entry to track the time spent in the meeting.

TimeCamp + Google Meet + Slack: When a new TimeCamp time entry is created, check if there's a Google Meet meeting scheduled around the same time. If so, notify a Slack channel about the time entry and the associated Google Meet call.
