After configuring Google Sheets, Encharge, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Sheets and Encharge integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Sheets and Encharge (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Zoom + Google Sheets + Encharge: When a Zoom meeting ends, the automation adds a row to a Google Sheet recording the participant details. This then triggers an update to the lead score in Encharge based on their attendance.
Encharge + Google Sheets + Slack: When a lead converts in Encharge (e.g., based on a tag or field update), the automation adds the lead's information to a Google Sheet. A notification is then sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the sales team.
