Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Sheets and WooCommerce integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Sheets and WooCommerce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Sheets and WooCommerce
Google Sheets + WooCommerce + Slack: When a new order is placed in WooCommerce, the automation checks if the order amount exceeds a threshold specified in Google Sheets. If it does, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.
WooCommerce + Google Sheets + QuickBooks: When a new order is placed in WooCommerce, the order details are logged in a Google Sheet. Then, an invoice is created in QuickBooks based on the order details.
