Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google slides, AI GPT Router, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google slides and AI GPT Router integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google slides and AI GPT Router (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google slides and AI GPT Router

Google Slides + AI GPT Router + Slack: When a new presentation is created in Google Slides, the AI GPT Router summarizes the content using all available LLM Models. The summary is then sent to a designated Slack channel to keep the team informed of the key takeaways.

Google Docs + AI GPT Router + Google Slides: When a new document is created in Google Docs, the AI GPT Router generates a presentation outline from the document's content using all available LLM Models. This outline is then used to create a new presentation in Google Slides.
