Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google slides and Teamwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google slides and Teamwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google slides and Teamwork

Google Slides + Teamwork + Slack: When a Google Slides presentation is updated, the automation finds the related Teamwork project and posts a message to a designated Slack channel, notifying the team about the update with a link to the presentation.

Teamwork + Google Slides + Google Docs: When a Teamwork project is completed, the automation creates a Google Slides presentation and a Google Docs report summarizing the project details. The presentation and document are created from a predefined template and populated with data from the completed project.
