After configuring Google tasks, Lemlist, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google tasks and Lemlist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google tasks and Lemlist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Tasks + Slack: When a task is completed in Google Tasks, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team of the accomplishment.
Lemlist + Google Tasks + Google Calendar: When a new activity is detected in Lemlist (e.g., a lead opens an email), a task is created in Google Tasks to follow up with the lead. This task is then added as an event in Google Calendar as a reminder.
