Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google tasks and Mixpanel (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google tasks and Mixpanel

Google Tasks + Mixpanel + Slack: When a new task is completed in Google Tasks, track it as an event in Mixpanel to analyze task completion rates and user behavior. Then, send a notification to a designated Slack channel to inform project managers of the completed task.

Mixpanel + Google Tasks + Google Sheets: When a Mixpanel user segment changes (though a trigger for this is unavailable), this flow cannot be fully automated. Instead, on a set schedule, a list of segment users is cross-referenced with existing Google Tasks and new tasks are created for users that are in the segment. Details of created tasks are then logged in Google Sheets.
