Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google tasks and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google tasks and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google tasks and NocoDB
Google Tasks + NocoDB + Slack: When a new task is created in Google Tasks, a new row is added to a specified NocoDB table, mirroring the task information. A message is then sent to a Slack channel notifying of the new mirrored task.
NocoDB + Google Tasks + Gmail: When a row in NocoDB is updated, a new Google Task is created with information from the updated row. A summary email is then sent via Gmail with details of the new task created.
