Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Vertex AI and Bland AI integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Vertex AI and Bland AI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Vertex AI and Bland AI
Bland AI + Google Vertex AI + Google Sheets: When a call is analyzed by Bland AI, its transcript is sent to Google Vertex AI for sentiment analysis. The sentiment score, along with the original transcript, are then logged in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
Bland AI + Google Vertex AI + Slack: When a call is analyzed by Bland AI, its transcript is sent to Google Vertex AI for sentiment analysis. If the sentiment score from Vertex AI is below a certain threshold (indicating a critical support issue), a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the on-call engineer.
