Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoToWebinar and Firecrawl (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and Firecrawl
GoToWebinar + Firecrawl + Google Sheets: When a new webinar is upcoming in GoToWebinar, Firecrawl scrapes the webinar page to extract website data. This data, along with registrant information, is then saved to a Google Sheet for lead qualification.
Firecrawl + GoToWebinar + Slack: Firecrawl searches a website for keyword ranking changes. If a competitor webinar is found (indicated by specific keywords), a message is sent to a Slack channel, notifying the marketing team.
