How to connect GoToWebinar and GoCanvas
Create a New Scenario to Connect GoToWebinar and GoCanvas
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a GoToWebinar, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, GoToWebinar or GoCanvas will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find GoToWebinar or GoCanvas, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring GoToWebinar, GoCanvas, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoToWebinar and GoCanvas integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoToWebinar and GoCanvas (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and GoCanvas
GoToWebinar + GoCanvas + Slack: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, check if the submission is from a webinar attendee by matching email addresses. If a match is found using GoToWebinar's Get Registrant action, send a Slack message to a specified channel alerting the team.
GoCanvas + GoToWebinar + Google Sheets: Upon a new submission in GoCanvas, the flow registers the responder for a relevant follow-up webinar using GoToWebinar. The data from GoCanvas and registration status are then recorded in a Google Sheet for tracking.
