Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoToWebinar and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoToWebinar and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and NetSuite
GoToWebinar + NetSuite + Slack: When a new attendee registers for a GoToWebinar, their email is used to search for an existing record in NetSuite. If a matching record is found, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel to welcome the attendee.
GoToWebinar + Google Sheets + NetSuite: When a new registrant signs up for a GoToWebinar, their information is logged into a Google Sheet. Then, NetSuite is updated or a new lead record is created with the registrant's details.
