Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoToWebinar and pdfFiller integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoToWebinar and pdfFiller (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and pdfFiller

GoToWebinar + pdfFiller + Email: When a GoToWebinar ends, the recording and presentation slides are uploaded to pdfFiller as a distributable form with a shareable link. This link is then sent to all webinar attendees via email, allowing them to provide feedback.

pdfFiller + GoToWebinar + Slack: When a new feedback form is filled out in pdfFiller, the system finds the related GoToWebinar registrant data. A Slack notification is sent to a designated channel with key information from the filled form and registrant details.
