Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring GoToWebinar, Signnow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoToWebinar and Signnow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoToWebinar and Signnow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and Signnow
GoToWebinar + Signnow + Email: When a new webinar recording is available (simulated by new upcoming webinar), retrieve the webinar details. Then, create a document from a template in Signnow and send it to the attendees for signature via invite. Finally, send an email with the signed document and webinar recording link to the attendees.
Signnow + GoToWebinar + Salesforce: When a new Signnow event (completed contract) occurs, get the associated GoToWebinar details (simulated by new upcoming webinar). Then, create a new record in Salesforce to log the completed contract, including relevant information like webinar name and attendee details.
