Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and Smsapi
GoToWebinar + Smsapi + Google Sheets: When a new webinar is scheduled in GoToWebinar, retrieve registrants. Send SMS reminders to those registrants via Smsapi. Record their attendance status (initially pending) in a Google Sheet.
Smsapi + GoToWebinar + Calendly: If an SMS message sent via Smsapi fails to deliver to a GoToWebinar registrant (simulated by a lack of expected response), book a Calendly meeting to ensure contact with the user. This is achieved by triggering Calendly's booking workflow upon failing to send the SMS within the Smsapi platform.
