Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoToWebinar and Trainerize (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and Trainerize
GoToWebinar + Google Sheets + Trainerize: When a new webinar is created in GoToWebinar, all registrants are added to a Google Sheet. If a new row is added to the Google Sheet (meaning a webinar registrant was added), then that user is enrolled in a specific Trainerize workout program.
Trainerize + GoToWebinar + Slack: When a client's status changes in Trainerize, they are automatically registered for a celebratory webinar in GoToWebinar. A notification is then sent to the coach in Slack via a direct message.
