Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Gravity Forms, Attio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gravity Forms and Attio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gravity Forms and Attio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gravity Forms and Attio
Gravity Forms + Attio + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, a new contact is created in Attio. Then, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new contact.
Attio + Gravity Forms + Google Sheets: When a new entry is added to Attio, the workflow checks if the new entry has submitted a Gravity Forms form. If so, the workflow will then add a new row to the specified Google Sheet with data from the Attio entry.
