Most powerful ways to connect Gravity Forms and LiveChat
Gravity Forms + LiveChat + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted via Gravity Forms, it triggers a new chat in LiveChat. Upon chat deactivation, the chat details are logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for record-keeping and analysis.
LiveChat + Gravity Forms + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, a Gravity Forms form is submitted. Once the form is submitted, a message is sent to a Slack channel, notifying the team of the new feedback with a link to the Gravity Forms entry.
