Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gravity Forms and Ortto (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gravity Forms and Ortto
Gravity Forms + Ortto + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, a new person is created or updated in Ortto. Then, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform the marketing team about the new submission.
Ortto + Gravity Forms + Google Sheets: When a new activity event occurs in Ortto, the automation finds the corresponding Gravity Forms entry. Then, data from the Ortto event and the Gravity Forms entry are used to add a new row in Google Sheets to track the event and form data.
