Most powerful ways to connect Grist and CloudTalk
CloudTalk + Grist + Slack: When a new call comes into CloudTalk, if the call is missed, a new row is created in Grist to track follow-up actions. Then, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team of the missed call and the new Grist entry.
CloudTalk + Grist + HubSpot: When a new call occurs in CloudTalk, the system updates the corresponding contact's details in a Grist spreadsheet. This updated information is then synchronized with the contact's profile in HubSpot, ensuring all platforms have the most current contact information.
